Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Service

All orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Royal Mail 2nd Class — FREE

Our standard delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd Class and is free on all orders.

Royal Mail's current delivery aim for 2nd Class is 2–3 working days, although delivery times can vary. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas and other postal service disruptions.

Royal Mail 1st Class

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class at checkout for an additional charge.

Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class mail on the next working day, although this is not a guaranteed service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

You can also upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 48 at checkout for an additional charge.

Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items within 2–3 working days. Tracked 48 provides tracking information so you can follow the progress of your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail and delays can occasionally occur.

Delivery times may be longer during particularly busy periods, including Christmas and bank holidays, or in the event of postal service disruption or severe weather.

Please note that delivery estimates refer to working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

For orders sent using a tracked service, we may ask you to provide or confirm your tracking information so that the delivery can be checked.

If an order is significantly delayed or appears to have been lost in the post, we will work with you and Royal Mail to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you notice that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change the delivery address.

UK Delivery Only

We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international delivery.
